Joshman's Mobile Repair

Can’t recommend Josh enough. My car broke down (never get a Kia) and Josh came to my house within a few hours to take a look at it. Helped me out and explained thoroughly what he believed was the issue with my car. I appreciated how trustworthy he was!

I’m reporting on behalf of a European tourist that does not speak English! On Saturday I noticed an older broken down RV stranded at the Wolf Creek Bridge fishing access. A worst case scenario, the weekend, 40+ miles from services and not being able to speak the language! After realizing the problem was more significant than a simple jump I suggested a Mobile repair service. Picking Joshman’s from my app was simply a great stoke of luck! Having left a voice mail my call was returned latter that afternoon. We decided if the rig was still there Sunday morning I would call back and confirm the owner wanted the mobile service. Some how?? Joshman’s managed to arrive by noon on a Sunday, diagnose the problem, retrieve parts from Helena, return, install and get them on their way. Coincidentally today I saw the rig parked at the Hardy Creek Bridge. The owners seemed very greatfull for Joshman’s service. I have never worked with Joshman’s prior but they are definitely in my speed dial now!

BEWARE: I used this guy for a simple service, my vehicle sat with him for three days (maybe an hour or two job tops) so I imagine he had other jobs going at the time, but the mistake that was made is inexcusable for a professional, and At the very least, makes me feel under appreciated and disrespected as a customer paying for a skill set. The cherry on top was, he wasn’t even decent enough to cover to costs to repair his mistake, he wanted to CHARGE me to fix the mistake. Took it to the dealer and they couldn’t believe it. I WILL NEVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN and this review is my only attempt to save others from unnecessary repair costs on top of the original issue they needed fixed. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely awesome service! I tried several mechanics in town and being a single parent, “I need my vehicle” no shop in town could squeeze me in. I called Josh and he was at my home within minutes, and vehicle was fixed and back running within the hour! Thanks Josh, total life saver and would highly recommend to anyone! Definitely on my speed dial for future repairs!
